The shipping costs for New Zealand customers are determined by destination and overall weight of the order. Please note, there are some products where shipping is determined by their volumetric weight over their physical weight due to the size of the product and the nature of the packaging.

The delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 1 to 4 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order ~ Our online team operates from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We will process your order as soon as possible.

Forest and Found NZ is a small business who attend markets weekly ~ our market and online customers are shopping from the same stock of unique (some, one off) items. If an item in our market stall is purchased and sold at the same time an online order for the item is placed, then the online item may be unfortunately unavailable. In this rare case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss placing a special order for the item(s) from our supplier(s) or offering you an alternative item(s) or full refund.
Here at Forest and Found we know it can be daunting buying online, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your item(s) and are not completely happy, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Contact for exchange or refund must be made within 7 working days post receiving your item and we will work to resolve the issue.
Forest and Found NZ is not responsible for items lost in transit on return so please used tracked post.
In any rare situation that a product is found to be faulty we will meet all obligations under the Consumers Act.
